Questo è lo spartiacque tra il turista e l'esploratore

Urca, che bombette! Se non hai mai bevuto whisky ad elevata gradazione, vai con cautela, cioè non aver timore ad aggiungere un po' d'acqua.

Personalmente non vado pazzo per l'Hazelburn (credo la colpa sia da attribuire alla sua tripla distillazione), ma Springbank 12 cs è un grandioso imbottigliamento sempre, che unisce trasversalmente il giudizio di semplici appassionati (come me) a quello di degustatori professionisti.

Nello specifico, tra quelli che ho avuto la fortuna di assaggiare, tra gli ultimi imbottigliamenti di questa "selezione", questa batch a 54,8% abv mi fece proprio innamorare.
