Fare un normale caffè con moka, usando metà acqua e metà Irish whiskey (blended tipo
Tullamore, Jameson o Bushmills: con whisk(e)y troppo invasivi non viene...) - mi raccomando:
non eccedere col distillato, altimenti "ve se rinfaccia" (leggi: ve s'attacca ar muro!!! ) -
e poi procedere come da ricetta classica (senza aggiungere altro whiskey, naturalmente...):
magari risulterà un po' meno alcolico, ma molto più strong nei sapori...!
PS Ricetta mutuata dal classico ma ufficioso "caffè corretto alla veneta"...!!
