Salve a tutti, sono Andrea, vivo a Torino e da pochissimi gg sono iscritto al Forum. Alla ricerca di notizie su eventi legati al mondo del whisky ho colto la palla al balzo e ieri sera ho partecipato alla degustazione organizzata da Davide V&M: al mio - modesto - palato sono piaciuti assai il Glentauchers 17 SC e il Ben Nevis 17 SC. Mi interessa moltissimo la tecnica di produzione dei single malt e sono alla ricerca di un testo esaustivo in tal senso (anche in inglese); se qualcuno di voi ha suggerimenti gliene sarò grato.
